Our Services
Prenatal Care
We work with expecting moms in their journey of motherhood. We see patients who want wellness based services during pregnancy or who are experiencing pregnancy specific pain. From sciatica during pregnancy, to relieving pubic bone pain, and prenatal massage / release work to help release the hips, we do it all. Our in-home model also allows us to work with both expecting mothers and their partners across Denver for labor and delivery preparation.
Postpartum Care
Whether you deliver vaginally or via C-section at one of Denver’s local hospitals, our personalized in-home postpartum support helps you return to daily activities with ease and confidence. We start with patients as early as three weeks postpartum looking at possible rib flare, core and pelvic floor weakness after birth, scare tissue care and getting you back to feeling strong enough for intimacy. With our expert guidance, you can heal, move, and thrive without needing to step foot in a clinic or leave your newborn.
Pelvic Floor Care
Our care goes beyond pregnancy and postpartum. We support any patient who is experiencing hip pain, pelvic pain, or low back pain in the Denver area. When it comes to pelvic floor concerns, we assist patients who have leakage, urgency, frequency, and pain. This includes all Denver locals who are struggling with leaking when they cough, sneeze, jump, and laugh. Those who have strong urges to use the bathroom. People struggling with constipation. Those with pain during intercourse, and so much more!
